Out of all the three types of home gym, I would highly recommend a home gym that rely on resistance bands. This type of system is the most effective and that any person whether he or she is a beginner can definitely use it. The good thing about resistance band is that it is long lasting and it has no injuries. This resistance band is great for flexibility and this if you are an athlete this is also great since this if often used in sports training as well as martial arts.
